In the case, the bench of Justice BR Gavai and KV Vishwanathan clarified that this order will not apply to the constructions encroached on public roads, footpaths, etc. Let us tell you that the apex court was hearing petitions alleging demolition of properties of crime accused in many states.

At the same time, during this hearing, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the bench that a story is being fabricated regarding the demolition of properties. On this, the bench told the senior law officer, rest assured that the outside noise is not affecting us. With this, the bench fixed the next hearing of the case for October 1.
